I Have Anxiety
i worry about going to shop, to work, to everywhere. i want to do it but i cant do somethings comfortably. i have to collect all the strength i have just to walk in public.

That must be hard.. my daughter suffers from anxiety. Someone said that it's about learning to deal with the uncomfortable. I guess that's what you are trying to do, you know you will feel very uncomfortable... I hope you have been able to, or will be able to access some support with that.
