I know how it feels. I suffered from really bad anxiety waking up with fear on your minds. And negetives thoughts kept attacking me. its always good to find things that make you happy. Or atleast act happy in your mind then it would change. meditating and eating healthy can help calm things down.

I hate what anxiety does to people. It makes some people angry and not want to talk to you even though you did nothing to deserve the treatment you are getting from them. There is so many other things I can name.

I had experience something traumatic this morning, Sunday September 13, 2020. What happened was my mom called a crisis line to talk to someone then she called 911 and told them that she need help. In a few minutes two policeman came to our home; they spent almost an hour here speaking to me and my brother about what happened for my mom to be upset like this. He asked us to please not leave my mom alone, we promised him we will not leave the house. In fact we live there. We do not sleep sound and there are times we do not sleep at all but I do sleep because of medication I take for epilepsy. I did sleep in the room with her but I woke up after 2:00 am to go to my room and listen to music then I fell asleep. When I woke up to go to the bathroom, I heard mom talking to someone on the phone and crying. I went to investigate in what was going on. She would not talk to me but she expressed fear, anger, wanting to leave and saying other disturbing things. She expressed that she was mad me, then felt no one would listen to her talk and that I would be happy if she was not here.

It was horrible. The police suggested me and my brother continue to watch mom, talk to her or take her for a walk. She got up from the chair to leave and fainted, the officer said please stay in your seat because you fainted and we will have to call the paramedics. She stayed but was mad as hell and wanted me to give her her pills, I said no because she was scaring me and if it was someone else she would not give them their medication either.

I hate hate hate anxiety too.
