I Have Anxiety

i cope by making a list to give a sense that ive prepared, step back and calming down when im overwhelmed (tea, chocolate, green plants, water, music, call friend - helps), do yoga. having people to actually give you advice and comforts also helps

@Qveenve There is a vitamin for this. Purchase a small bottle of St Johns Wort. Available most anywhere O.T.C. This is a natural herb that helps you to calm down. It's not expensive. AND is all natural. Check it out over the Internet.

@Carla1951 wow will do! thanks! im interested in homely made remedies too. so far i only tried to eat healthy to liften up mood (but the result is quite indirect)

@Qveenve try steam therapy. Breathing in the steam from boiling water calms me down. It's not some drug or anything. Its purely water. All i do is get water boiling and then i breathe in the steam.
