I Have Anxiety
Back to work today after being off a week and feeling super anxious. I got super sick and couldn't work. I know most of it if not all of it is in my head but I feel like everyone is going to judge me

I actually never get sick but it was bad timing. Right after vacation. And black4white you're exactly right
