I Have Anxiety

Have you tried meditation? Or some kind of simple breathing exercises like the 7-8-9 breathing exercise? I think that's what it was. Breathe in for 7 seconds; hold for 8 seconds; breathe out slowly through your mouth 9 seconds. Do that a couple times, and it becomes very relaxing and relieves a good bit of tension.
