I Have Anxiety

I just had to phone in sick and I feel horribly guilty about it. Pregnancy hormones are racking up my anxiety and I just had a huge panic attack to the point where I couldn't breathe. I was sitting on the floor feeling like I was dying. I told work I was sick and now I feel like a piece of crap for letting them down. This isn't me at all and I don't feel like I'm human anymore, just a poor excuse for one.

@Byron8by7 he says he can't do anything until 12 weeks. So again, mental health is something I am very much having to deal with alone.

@Starsandfire Do you have a community mental health center / agency nearby that you could call?

@Byron8by7 this is the uk. I could try a helpline but our mental health provision is awful, especially for "less serious" issues like anxiety.
