I Am Always Exhausted

I think I need to go to the doctor. I'm always tired and I can't stop vomiting up the food I've just eaten. I feel really weak and tired

Yeah that's bad! You sound like you have some sort of illness or bug. It might only be small, but it's not worth not going!
