I can't seem to stay happy for stable periods of time. Can you? It's extremely tiring.

No, it's fr****** tiring ... but my smile makes everyone believes that I'm happy all the time :) so problem solved!

Not until recently. I thank my kids, my buddy and my doctor for this. Its been a good few months

I've read dozens of books on happiness....though I remain miserable. Most of what's written say it's a lot of work....what do I know?
