@silkydrawers Listening to my heart and soul was available to me, but I was too busy surviving to be available to it.

I absolutely agree with this.
Just recently I said somthing along these lines.
When we were little, we viewed the worlds beauty and made friends at the drop of a hat and saw the best in everyone. Sharing was so easy.
Then we were taught history, and showed the world, and taught unspoken rules of how to live in it.
And THAT , is where we got fucked up. How can a broken system, with broken rules, taught by broken people, EXPECT to create anything functional ?🤷♀

@OogieBoogie Oh, so accurate, Oogie. I think most kids go through this to some degree. Some go through it to a great degree, their authenticity transmuted into rescuing machines for fear of anihalation if they fall short of the requirements.
