It's strange how emotional weight accumulates. You don't always notice it at first because you adapt to carrying it.

A good cry can lighten ya up, although I don't like the idea of you crying, but it can help. Hugs dear lady 🫂 feel lighter and more positive soon.

We never notice how worn down that weight has made us either, until a moment of silence really hits us. That’s when everything screams, including the once strong muscles that became too strained.

Let yourself rest, even if it’s through giving just a little attention to what’s demanding to be felt. It can suck tremendously to sit with, but it’s how the weight lifts slowly so we can find our footing again 💞

I hope talking it out here helps a bit. It's one of my main reasons for coming back, friend.

That's my work weight today

This hit me hard because I know exactly what you mean. You get so good at surviving under the weight that it starts to feel normal… until one day your body and heart remind you it’s still there. I’m really sorry today is one of those days.

This one is real to me. I take on all of everyone's irrational bullshit while they make excuses for it and I am never the one being genuinely cared for. I just don't say anything, though. It'll all be repaid in full at a later date.

If you ruminate on some things, they are the culprits....its hard but important to process and let go so you can move on....hard to describe..but takes practice and is very imperfect...

That's a form of grief building. It doesn't have to be specific to a loss
