I have a fear of being late

Historically I was always five minutes late sometime 15 min late. I set a goal of being early and so this past year I am Now 30 minutes early! Today I'm an hour early! It's a little ridiculous but I'm afraid unexpected traffic will make me late. I'm trying to get to where I'm only 20 minutes early. Anyone else struggle with being on time?

@Mindful It’s been around. I did hear it in the military. I also heard football coaches saying it.
