I am off work until Thursday

I don’t usually open up like this, but I’m going to be honest… I am really going through it right now. My postpartum depression has gotten really bad, and I’m taking some time off work to try and get myself back to a better place.

If you’re the praying type, please keep me in your prayers. If not, I’ll take all the good thoughts and positive vibes you’ve got.

I am incredibly blessed to have a job that truly understands and supports struggling mamas. The fact that they offer real help and actually care means more than I can even put into words right now.

Tonight, my cousin and her sweet boy are staying over, and honestly… I needed this more than I realized. And for the next few days, me and my little man will be at her house starting tomorrow. She’s even helping me by keeping River while I go back to work Thursday and Friday.

I don’t say it enough, but I am so thankful for the village I have. The love, the support, the people showing up for me when I can’t fully show up for myself… it’s everything.

I’m taking it one day at a time. That’s all I can do right now 🤍
