😔 I’m on the struggle bus today…. I’m not sure why

I feel sad and not good enough. I started at new worksite last year (20+ years experience) and not sure where I fit in among staff. I have a partner worker but we aren’t close and wouldnt be friends if we weren’t forced to work side by side. Everyone seems cold and judgy. So I think this is a big part of it…. In a nutshell anyway.

Have you ever heard the term fake it until you make it? Go to work make your paper and go home. Dont worry about whose judgy whose cold or whatever else. Just be professional and get through it. You are good enough. Dont ever let anyone tell ypu different. Some people have worse jobs. Most of us hate our jobs but the bills dont stop piling up because of it. You can do it. Go in there with the attitude of im going to make this money and get through my day. You got this!
