How to get out of this rut?

I have lupus had a seizure. Had to move back to Washington state with my grandma since I couldn’t work. I have a broken back, I’m behind on bills, in a lot of debt and lost my girlfriend whom I loved to death. I need god or support. I don’t know what I need to do.
