I am a doctor and I make massive efforts to help others though I feel that whatever I do is not enough..

Im a peer support helper, not quite dr field, but i do feel the same way!
We give so much to help so many and feel as if its in vain..you gotta remember if it feels good to help, its gonna hurt.
If you are open to love unconditional, therre wont be abybody to love you in return.
Live life by trying to catch the negative thoughts and realize you are to love you as you are..someday somebody's gonna feel the exact same way and want to share their love, knowledge, etc. Im here to listen, advise and annoy haha. Hugs ur awesome and theres nothing u can do about it!
