What do you think?

At work, they tell us, well this is the policy now, you're not allowed to use the bathroom any more than one time between break and lunch.

Sorry, if I have to go to the bathroom, up yours, I'm going to the bathroom.

So I've been working overtime this week and I noticed the owner's vehicle is here, the owner of the company. I went to the bathroom yesterday it was like 5:28 a.m., I hear the door open someone walked in and then left.

I told my coworker about it he said, I think you're overthinking it. I don't know it wouldn't surprise me cuz this guy, this owner, I can see him doing something like that where he comes in sneakily.

Or like if you have to go bathroom one time at 6:32am and then the next 2 days you have to go bathroom at the same exact time they'll say, be careful you're abusing the bathroom.

Stupid, right? What do you think about the door opening then the person leaving? Think it's someone trying to see who's abusing the bathroom?

When you've got to go, you've got to go. If you are Union, I would contact the Union rep. If you are non-union you can report harsh working conditions anonymously to your local newspaper.

A while back, I heard of similar bathroom curtailment at the packing and shipping warehouses for Amazon...and a stink was made. I don't know if conditions improved, but I hope so.

@4meAndyou I heard the bottle story about that with Amazon. Where's all these organizations that stand up against this kind of stuff?

Because it's part of our daily work lives and if it's not in the news.... crickets. Plus if they aren't getting any money, not important to them.
A stink 🤣🤣🤣 @4meAndyou
I definitely think someone was checking up on you and I would resent that. I'm with you all the way on this. That's really getting picky when you can't even go to the bathroom when you actually need to. They're wrong here. Very wrong!

They are probably thinking employees are going to the bathroom to check on their text messages or something. That was happening a lot with the younger employees. But forgetting that employees are humans. It’s interesting the way the managers make these rules and then if you watch carefully they will be the first ones to break them. Have seen this at places where I have worked.

"Abusing" the bathroom?! Completely nuts and counterproductive. Besides reporting to media and union (both good ideas) you can file a complaint with OSHA. No idea if that will help.

I'm the only human working there. The management and co-workers never go to the bathroom.

That is creepy.

The only time I abuse the bathroom is when my pee misses the urinal or I drop a load. Or clog the pipes. 😁

That's craziness. When I have to piss, I'm gonna piss. That's a violation of human rights I think, not letting someone go to the restroom.

Ridiculous 🙄
