There has to be a solution to the housing problem.

Houses are so expensive now. I hear even the houses in Florida are expensive now. How's my art degree child going to afford a place of her own? I remember renting a cute one-bedroom apartment in a convenient area for 675 bucks a month all utilities included. You cant even rent a room for that much now. What can we do to change things??

Everywhere there's half a million/ million dollar houses but none for like under maybe 330,000 in New Jersey (condos included) unless you want to live in a trailer in the middle of nowhere.

Where in the US is housing more affordable assuming the only solution is to move? I mean maybe theres communal living situations but that has its problems with accountability. Anyone have any ideas for me to help my kid (all our kids who dont make that much money) to move out lol? She wants to live alone. Thats the major problem.

Undo the Supreme Court's unconstitutional rewrite of the Constitution to add a completely new class of parties to the agreement (companies).

Break all forever incorporations, make them defend their right to continue every 3 or 4 yrs.

Kick corporations out of buying up single family homes.

Make all HOAs FOIA-able.

Limit profits.

Increase requirements, responsibilities and fines.

Fix the broken zoning (see the yt channel "It's not just the bikes").
