Sometimes, loving ourselves feels like a constant battle.

I think the whole love yourself is overrated.
I think someone who's in love with himself or herself is pretty boring and self-centered.
I think most of us like ourselves pretty well.
Most people don't go out of their way to hurt themselves or hang around people that will hurt them.
And they defend themselves pretty quickly.

I find it easy bc I know I’m learning as I go so not loving myself is never an option. Also it’s counterproductive to not love yourself and that victim mentality never helps anyone.
