Why do i feel uneasy when I know he likes me too much?

So i know this guy since 2020, and it's just last Monday when I agreed to go on a date. I paid majority (around 90%) of my own bill. I can feel that he likes me way too much. And since we've gone into that day, I feel a little anxious like there's something off and Idk what.
