I hate being ghosted 👻

I feel it often.
Its one thing not to get answers on my first messages due to the warning on my profile, I may understand that.
But its worse to convince people to chat with me though, explaining to them my warning, chatting with them for a while, and suddenly they stop answering without an understandable reason. As if I suddenly have gotten online leprosy or something. 😞

How can people be so cruel and read how I beg for a simple answer up to a dozen times, sometimes over years, instead just answering: "Go away, I don't want to chat with you anymore, because [reason]". Is that so difficult?

The thing to keep in mind about anonymous sites like this for me anyway, is to not have any expectations. It would be nice to not be ghosted, of course. But I've had many nice chats with folks who disappeared. I've been blocked for merely saying hello and introducing myself. But you are right... I'd rather know someone is not longer interested in chatting if that's the case. Just don't take it personally and allow it to ruin your day. Nothing here is worth that. :)

@rfatoday Thank you Sir, but I am here for 4 years and some of my chat partners were with me the whole time or at least some years, and suddenly left me, without telling a reason! That hurts. I thought we had a relationship. At least I took it serious. Its difficult not to take it serious after years, I think.
