Is 45 kg too little for me?
For reference, I am a 182 cm tall 16-year-old male.
45 kg is my ultimate goal weight and my current goal weight is 50 kg. I'm very close to my current goal weight as I am 51 kg right now.
I just want to know if I should keep the ultimate goal weight of 45 kg, or if I should make it higher, or if I should just settle on 50 kg.
I heard that BMI of 13.5 may lead to organ failure and my BMI would be 13.6 if I reached 45 kg, but I honestly don't care about that.
