Maybe make time for yourself to relax. Meditation helps, mindfulness is a good way to receive positive energy. Take a bath is another effective way to release stress. I am sure you will figure something out. Best of luck in finding your happy medium

It becomes easier when you handle the stress in a different way. The less you feel stressed, the more you will feel relaxed & happy. Just don't let stress enter your mind.

Why,what stops you from relaxing ? we all need time to relax and chill and cut back on stress :)
