I’m not okay. But I don’t want to burden people I love who are themselves trying to keep it together.

Remember that even religious people agree that the lord helps those who help themselves. So it makes sense to give the universe a shove, or a kick in the shins.. Or at least take steps to avoid some bad choices to shift the odds in your favour..😷
