Okay, so here is a little update.

My husband and I test drove my car around the block to see how it drove. While he was driving it, the dashboard lit up again and this time the Check Engine light was also flashing, indicating a misfire somewhere.

We aren't sure what exactly is going on with it, but based on some research it looks like 2018-2019 Accords with the 1.5T had problems with the fuel injectors going bad at low miles, and the most common warning signs are the symptoms that mine has been having. Pretty shocking. I hope for me it's just an ignition coil or something.

A fuel injector failing would explain the misfire. When you take it to a mechanic, have them check the oil also because those engines had an issue with oil dilution in their early years.
@SubstantialKick Wow, thanks for the heads up.

Backfiring is a valve timing problem, or valve damage problem
