I'm tempted to say i doubt monogamy was a 'man-made' ideal.
More likely a 'religious law'.
Could be why so many fail at it and so many seek freedom from it.

@Heavenlywarrior I think religion in general is a pretty bad idea. Basically because they all say pretty much the same thing.

@Heavenlywarrior I suppose, when you think about it, originally we were all born into tribes.
So i guess the fittest and the strongest were matched to ensure the survival of the tribe.
