Pretty often. I go through times of not thinking about it, and times where I’m overwhelmed with the feeling of being disgusting. I don’t feel like I’m allowed to voice negative opinions about my looks because my feelings never get.. acknowledged, I guess? It feels like they get dismissed, and sometimes rudely.
