I just saw the craziest trial ever

A 2 year old was suffocated, and his 3 year old brother Lucas IMMEDIATELY told his mom that he saw his foster dad, Charles Forshee, hold a pillow over the 2 year old's face. Lucas maintained the same story for a year before the trial.

Forshee's defense attorney posited that the THREE year old murdered the 2 year old, and WON.

@NerdyPotato they claimeddd that the 3 yr old had been "aggressive" and "put pillows over the faces of other kids" 😒🙄

@NerdyPotato ughh. agreed..the mom won a 300k settlement against the couple later..but you know how those things go..she likely wont even see a cent.
