How do you make amends after an argument?

I like arguments, most of the time. Because everything gets aired out and vented. And all that's left to do is to fix it.

The thing is though. I'm very passionate and to the point when I argue. I'm coming hard and with facts.

If I feel that I'm wrong then I won't argue. Just say sorry my bad and fix it.

I feel bad when it's with someone I hold dear though.

How to make it better.

This I agree upon within all of my heart. Now, though, I have learned I have to bend my spirit (ego) some to see another's perspective, point of view, and sometimes without needing an argument I can find their meanings.

Listening first before speaking helps.

@Nevaeh0081 With both parties involved within the argument .... so rare to find. You can piss one off more if you are patient at the moment ... don't need to be calm, so you have to find a way to also express your words holding feeling .... Last thing another one wants to feel is that you don't care...

When I feel that, it's pretty much done.

A lot or all respect is gone.

In arguments, your patience shows the extent of your love.
