millwright here. on the job installing a conveyor belt system for an amazon warehouse when strapping failed and the load hit me. concussion led to Meniere's condition (tinnitus). felt like a freight train in my ears non-stop for 3 or 4 days. high pitched and extremely disorienting. led to nausea, loss of appetite, high blood pressure. longest week of my life.
