[Personal] identity struggles...
Apparently I don't exist anymore, since I didn't recognize a zip code I was at in the 1980's decade.
Heck! Ask me anything from childhood I will remember it.
Yet I've lived all across the country in those 50 years. How am I supposed to recognize, much less remember everything, to prove my identity over a muffled cellphone call that I can barely hear? 🤷🏻♂️
Now they want me to use email to confirm my driver's license number.
Like how secure is email? And how I am supposed to even hear the email address correctly since the conversation is so muffled? 🤷🏻♂️
Pretty fed up about now. Especially since I learned my card was highjacked and used.
Yes I told them cancel the darn card. Yet I out at least $500 US dollars without even seeing the darn card. Or so I was told. 😡
