Shortness of breath may be a sign of a serious problem. You need to go see a medical professional, urgent care at least, maybe even ER.

@DunningKruger I've been to the ER and I am in contact with my doctor. All I've been told is if it doesn't go away then I will start using a bi-pap machine. Sleep apnea is pretty normal for people with my muscular dystrophy I just don't have it yet but I guess it's happening now. I still have to wait a bit more and see. I am on medication.
