A close friend. I think yea. She guides me a path to rebel and change. I even cried in front of her. I mean.. Yea. That shit hurt me so bad. I'm glad she is not judging me although some day I mighr scared when she think I like gay people. But never mind. I keep my mouth sealed until I die. 🤐

How irony is.. she is a religious person and she against her family's will and not to back down. 😅

I have a couple friends on FB I am really close to that I talk to. I have one local friend that is my best friend and she knows everything. I only divulge in messenger or on the phone. I don't want my life to be open so my family can see everything. I have a lot of family members on my FB. Bottling everything up is not a good thing, the bottle eventually explodes and that never ends good.

It's not healthy keepin it all bottled up.

Yes, my girlf and I have a couple of friends that we tell everything. We did some group therapy as well which was brilliant!

I write about it on here. It might help with acute problems but it certainly doesn't solve deeper, long-term issues.
