How does one ever get over the feeling?

Of waking up every single day feeling miserable, empty and has no motive to get past each day.

The only part I can feel something is when my day is about to end. Like I've made it past one more day but I don't want to. How long will this go on?

I really do feel this is part of letting go, bringing in those around you and seeing their beauty, and another small window of opportunity, one day at a time. We can haphazardly judge ourselves if we want in the meantime.
