I'm genuinely trying to figure out why people hate on homeless people so much

I mean like,
I hear people say because they're addicts, deadbeats etc...

But that's not necessarily true,
I've heard of people being homeless and they were none of those things,
They just happened to fall upon tough times dues to a really bad turn of events ;/

Because they are at home both everywhere and nowhere, the only ones who can be described as international elements. They are in London one day, and Prague the next. But the people cannot follow. They are bound to their soil, to the possibilities that the nationstate offers.
