Are you able to save or do you spend all your income and have basically nothing left ?

I'm in the latter category - I basically have to spend everything I get and effectively had zero savings. My rent just increased $50 a week so I had to factor that in by reducing spending on other essentials.

I use to save a part of my checks until i had to get my own apartment and pay child support. With is odd because i have the kids 75% of the time.
