I don't really know where to begin but...

Lately I've been having lots of different emotions that at brief moments feel like they are too much to handle.

I have also been having many thoughts...like over thinking. I suppose I need to quiet down my mind and tame my emotions.

Maybe one could say that I feel mentally and emotionally weak. This bothers me because I've been through so much and overcome many hardships that I can't believe that I can be weak like this again.

Often times, things we don't understand are associated with weakness, or feelings of: 'what's wrong with me ?' If we take the time to understand these things, we may be able to use what we thought was a weakness, as a strength. Super Hero strength. Link below to website.
