You need to figure out that you are a pretty good person and, sure, you've made mistakes. Thats part of growing into the person you want to be. It's ok to be you. I know there is more to this than just hat, but it's somewhere to start. maybe, if at all possible, see about seeing someone to talk some of this stuff through. Our own cruelties to ourselves serve no good purpose. Be nice to you.
