Absolute Sh*t Day

My bf has a job but they have yet to give him a start date, and rent is coming up soon. Idk what we're gonna do. My job is not stable because my boss is like 85 years old and a little nuts. My brother needs a surgery but he's uninsured so he can die as far as the American health care system is concerned. I'm trying to keep everyone afloat as well as myself, but I'm exhausted and overwhelmed. 😪
