How can I make people understand me better ?

The problem is that when I talk about something people understand «what I am not actually asking for» and they think that I don’t understand them or I don’t understand at all so the communication is blocked because either I don’t make myself clear about what I want or just the ideas that I communicate do not get trough the mind of my recipient and as a result they think that I am stupid to ask the thing twice but actually it’s not what I am asking for.
Am I making my self clear guys or do you think that I am crazy ?

I don't think you are crazy, but you are not making yourself clear.
I assume English is not your first language. If it is, you do have a problem!

In any case, you asked your question in a very long sentence (I counted 88 words). Breaking down your communication into shorter sentences might help.

Also, your way of expressing yourself seems convoluted. "People understand 'what I am not actually asking for'" is an odd turn of phrase. Maybe this is because English isn't your first language, or maybe you express yourself in unusual, roundabout ways in your native language too?

I would have said, "People think I am asking for something that is not what I mean at all" or just "People misunderstand me".

Perhaps conversations on here can give you practice in expressing yourself more directly and clearly.
