I coughed so hard and so much i threw up all over my shirt. I cant keep water down even because of this crazy cough

@Coralmist No it's some sort of chest\lung infection. It's just this crazy cough with a runny nose and chest and head congestion with green mucus coming from lungs but light yellow from nose

@SW-User the true key with those infections in chest is staying hydrated...it helps break up mucous over time. See if your doc can prescribe a tiny gel pill, its yellowish color, that aids in minimizing deep coughs. Not sure name of it but they will know. It helped a bit when I had awful bronchitis.
