Ive been working my ass off all day by myself and you show up and go wah wah wah and expect me to do your job. Grow up and step up. I'm not doing everything for you. I've done more than my fair share.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that. I can't stand that crap myself. I hope you're able to set his ass straight. If you've already talked to him once or twice and he keeps not pulling his weight, it's time to talk to the higher-ups.
