Close to non-existent. Some foreign beggars (from poorer EU countries) appear during the day (perhaps a dozen in a town of over 65 thousand), no idea where they sleep, certainly doesn't seem to be on the street. There are very few homeless here because every legal resident qualifies for help from the local authority and in most places this responsibility is taken seriously. Not perfect of course and some people do slip between the cracks.
