What is the homelessness situation like where you live?

Many, too many to count. And this is not exactly a large town for California.

Saw a very pretty girl some guy dumped at the park. It was sad because the guy seemed to be all apologetic and she wasn't acting like abused.

I past her twice over an hour yet left her alone because I didn't want her to think I was some old creep.

I'm in the UK and I don't see as many homeless as I used to but there is still too many.

Close to non-existent. Some foreign beggars (from poorer EU countries) appear during the day (perhaps a dozen in a town of over 65 thousand), no idea where they sleep, certainly doesn't seem to be on the street. There are very few homeless here because every legal resident qualifies for help from the local authority and in most places this responsibility is taken seriously. Not perfect of course and some people do slip between the cracks.

They keep asking me for cigarettes 😡

very hard to say, currently we do have a lot of homeless where I work that we know of, but many more are not reported

Quite bad in the UK. Many are Eastern Europeans that have come here expecting more and found themselves living in parks and empty shop doorways.

There are alot of tents in Seattle and outside of it but the new mayor is trying to get them removed and build additional housing for them.

Not bad in my area but not too far from NYC which is struggling with the problem
