Should I resort to doing “dirty favors” for friends and clients?

I really need a medication but I cannot afford my prescription. 😭

@WaveOfTranquillity are you a bit trying to ca7sevan argument? Why on earth would I lie? In practice in the US, as a physician, I would often get meds free or at a deep discount for patients in need.
