How can I stop being upset about dumb things that don't really matter?

I don't want to care. It's not a big deal. But I can't help it.

Today, my dad turned our internet off and I got really sad. I like routine and we just moved, so it was completely gone.

I'm weird. I don't know why.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but do you think you are on the autism spectrum?
My brother has autism and he feels the same way you do. It might sound silly to us, but to him, those small things are very large.

But that's the way it is for me as well. Some things are stupid, but to me they feel like the most important things in the world. Sometimes it can make me anxious and make me upset.
