Well, the thing with organized and responsible adults is they have very little time. But, fire away, and I can get back to you eventually.
Some brief lessons I've learned:
Kaizen. Small, incremental improvements lead to compounded benefits in the long run. It doesn't take much. Only consistency. Habits are powerful. Use them. 3 weeks to form a habit. Start small. 2 minutes per day. After 3 weeks, it's automatic.
In other words, habitual micro-routines are what make responsible, organized, and in the end: powerful people.
Think about--and write down--the future person you would like to become, then think of the smallest necessary steps you would have to take to get there.
But if you had a particular question I could help with, lemme know. Perhaps I can be of some assistance. Helps me think about my life or reinforce aspects of it, too.
