I Am So Depressed Right Now

Well, I can't just hide how I feel and I know bottling it up isn't good. But today I'm just so depressed, I keep trying to have a positive outlook but inside my heart is aching.

I go through emotional ups and downs a lot but it hasn't hit me this hard in awhile. And just feeling like people you care about don't even care when your feeling like the world is pushing you into the ground hurts so much.

It makes me feel like, well, I'm just this useless person...

I hope you're feeling better very soon. I know how it feels to feel depressed, useless etc. I've fought depression a lot in my life. Keep fighting it and it will let up after a while. Please feel free to message me if you need support.

@Bonesy91: people do find it hard to deal with. We don't need someone to mend it we just need someone to be there with us.

Yup that's all I want is someone to just like hear me out and be there when I'm like this. Cause I know they can't fix it but going through it alone hurts
