Traditional dish of your State or Country?

@theoneyouwerewarnedabout: yeah, they're bloody hard work to get ready, you really need a crowd of 20-30 minumum. Best chance would be much farther north, East Cape or Northland

Eyyyy I called it. I lived in Cairns for about 8 months at one time in my life. Spent some time in Port Douglas not long ago as well.

I actually like that stuff and see it at World Market here.

Very few Canadians eat that. It's more a recent fad at McDonalds.

We must be from very different parts of Canada.

Oh Russian food is delicious. Bliny are my favorite. They kind of remind me of latkes.
