Well, I'm a Gypsy, and we're the only culture left on planet Earth that eats hedgehogs. So I'd say that counts.
That sure is interesting

@TwinklelilStar: Eating hedgehogs was common in areas of France and Holland about 450 years ago but it died out. Now, only Romani people like me eat it. My sister makes them the best. She wraps them in wet clay and roasts them on very low heat for several hours.
@BlueMetalChick: where do you get them? In the wild?

@TwinklelilStar: Back home in Serbia, yeah. The damn things are everywhere. But here in the USA...well, I buy them illegally from the Chinese market...
@BlueMetalChick: must be pricy!

@TwinklelilStar: Yeah, it is, but we only eat 'em on special days like Christmas or someone's birthday, so it's not often.
@BlueMetalChick: you are the first person i ever hear say they eat hedgehog and i have eaten some and heard about some pretty weird stuff.

@TwinklelilStar: Lol yeah, it's not something people do very often.
