Have you ever had butt pain?

Like rectal pain. It's not hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, or constipation pain. I know what those are like and this is not it. This is severe rectal pain. I can barely walk, or sit, or even move without crippling pain. I'm not sure if I need to call 911 (211 for the Europeans.) I can't take anything, because I took an aleve at 11:44 this morning. The aleve didn't help at all. My doctors office is closed, I called already.

What should I do?

I get rectal pain just before my period, it's usually like a shooting shocking pain sensation almost electrical it starts from my vulva opening moving backwards. When it happens I can't move, they come in waves. It's crippling.
I don't think this is the same but as mine are getting progressively worse. I would suggest you go to get it checked out asap...

@3venus: I'm not sure, I must admit I never feel the need for a Dr, just to get somewhere safe so I can lie down and take a painkiller...

Um might want to see a doctor for that; not normal, that's for sure. Any severe pain should be dealt with quickly. I've had constipation/anal pain before, but it was nothing like that. This sounds like something much worse.

I havent had it, but if it's that severe, you should call 911, or get to an Urgent clinic (those are usually open til 8pm in the US, and are cheaper than the ER, assuming you can get transport to get there).
